LPG LOT System is advance concept in Multi-cylinder Installation which overcomes lots of problems and demerits of bulk LPG Installation & conventional Manifold (VOT) system. In Bulk LPG Installation Area requirements, CCOE Approval & Initial investment is more where as in Conventional Manifold (VOT) System no of cylinder connected to manifold will more due to limited Vapor Off Take per cylinder Because of which Gas size will be too large to meet the demand & to overcome residue problem.

LOT system withdraws liquid LPG using LOT valve & converted into vapor using a Vaporization Process. LPG Liquid off take per cylinder can go up to 10kg/hr. which is comparatively much more than the normal Vapor off take cylinder of 0.6 kg/hr. These cylinders are generally available in the sizes of 19 kg, 33 kg, 47.5 & 425 kg from different service providers.

Designed as per IS 6044 part I & II, OISD 162, Gas Cylinders Rules 2004.

Requires less foot print area than Bulk Installation or VOT System.
